Slightly harder to spot as there will be other candidates in the cell, but you're looking for a candiate number appearing just once, although it may be hidden among other candidates. Again these can be filled in straight away, and then eliminate the number as a candidate for any other cells in the same row, column or subgrid.
In the example, the number 8 appears only once across the middle row in the right cell so can be filled in immediately.
